Something you should see… The Rum Diary

Plot: An adaptation of the novel of the same name by Hunter S. Thompson in which American journalist Paul Kemp (Johnny Depp) travels to Puerto Rico to write for a local newspaper and gets quickly absorbed by the island’s rum –soaked lifestyle. Depp delves once again into the fascinating mind of the original Gonzo journalist while director Bruce Robinson (Withnail & I) adds another character to his coterie of lovable drunks.
