]]> I was telling a good friend yesterday that my Monday-Friday last week was so hectic, I didn’t want to do anything else this weekend but knock out my long run for Tokyo marathon training and find some time to CHILLAX. Which is why I ended up having a splendid weekend. Saturday was spent at The Nu Blk’s colouring book event (who knew colouring was so calming?). As for Sunday, I took on a 20-miler by running to Richmond Park from Tate Britain,  taking a detour to Battersea Park to see if I could spot comedian Kevin Hart at his latest 5k run event. I most certainly did!

]]> The only thing I had time to do this weekend was rehearse for Christchurch London‘s Christmas Carol Service as I’m in the choir every year (yesterday’s concerts were brilliant!) and do my latest long run for my Tokyo Marathon training.  It was 16 soggy miles along the canal from Ladbroke Grove to Islington and back again – but I’m pleased I managed to catch a few snaps along the way.
