Pan-Indian restaurant Carom in Soho are organising an exclusive one-off Rice Masterclass at their monthly Curry Club on Wednesday, September 26th. You’ll get to enjoy cocktails, a cooking demo and learn everything about using the renowed Green Saffron rice before having a go at creating the Indian classic – the Biryani.
