For the past 9 years, stylish party-people have been getting their kicks at YoYo’s – the acclaimed Thursday night party at Notting Hill Arts Club in West London.  New talent get a chance to perform – apparently Lily Allen earned her stripes there – while crowds can enjoy  an unpredictable mashup of hip-hop, dubstep and bassline heavy tunes, thanks to resident DJs Seb Crew, Leo Greenslade and the odd legendary guest, like Q-Tip on a recent visit (June 16th). It’s brilliant night where good music meets reckless revelry – and a little bit of in-crowd pretense; you gotta be on the guestlist! –  but altogether, worth the hype!
